So, someone asked me what I like about hands… and I couldn’t really come up with an answer besides, “I like well-manicured hands”. That statement, though, was not completely true as I also admire their boney structure whether painted in dirt or water washed. The deeper attraction is to their delicateness and their strength, their duality. Their “twoness.” I love their “jointness.” Their ability to touch when welcome, their ability to slap…for many effects.

Last night’s Mediterranean burgers. Mmmm.
Greek yogurt/sour cream with rosemary, oregano, black pepper, lemon juice, and a big pinch of salt on the whole grain pita. The burger is seasoned with pesto, bread crumbs, oregano, black pepper, egg, parsley, aaand I think that’s it. Cooked medium/med well. Topped with goat cheese and a small slice of tomato.Stuff I Like
