So, someone asked me what I like about hands… and I couldn’t really come up with an answer besides, “I like well-manicured hands”. That statement, though, was not completely true as I also admire their boney structure whether painted in dirt or water washed. The deeper attraction is to their delicateness and their strength, their duality. Their “twoness.” I love their “jointness.” Their ability to touch when welcome, their ability to slap…for many effects.

At the moment, she’s not to be had by him so he will be shared with all the loves his heart can bear.

When I was 13, my Auntie Bev said to me, “Tiff Tiff, you are a very loyal friend. That’s admirable…but be careful who you are loyal to.”

I’m learning to be wary of those who profess their loyalty, respect, and love, yet they mock your actions, lie to your face, and belittle your image when in conversation with others.

Last night’s Mediterranean burgers. Mmmm. Greek yogurt/sour cream with rosemary, oregano, black pepper, lemon juice, and a big pinch of salt on the whole grain pita. The burger is seasoned with pesto, bread crumbs, oregano, black pepper, egg, parsley, aaand I think that’s it. Cooked medium/med well. Topped with goat cheese and a small slice of tomato.
